We pay special attention to precise execution of exercises, as this is a cornerstone of continuous body awareness development. The level and load of each session are always determined based on assessment results. This approach allows for gradual and safe increases in intensity, which is key to sustainable and healthy progress.\n<br><br>\nFORC2E\u2019s vision and comprehensive approach result in a training method capable of effectively addressing individual client weaknesses. In our sessions, we focus not only on necessary preparation and building a stable foundation but also on minimizing factors that can slow down or even prevent continuous progress. These limiting factors can arise from various areas of lifestyle. This is why we consider a comprehensive approach essential, regardless of age, whether working with children or adults.\n<br><br>\nA well-designed training plan allows bodyweight exercises\u2014such as rows, push-ups, pull-ups, dips, handstands, or any gymnastic element\u2014to be performed safely and with perfect technical execution. Achieving these goals requires developing adequate mobility and strength in almost every joint. Many participants already experience a completely new, previously unknown quality of movement using the foundational skills acquired in the preparatory phase of our programs. Proper foundations open doors to bodyweight strength development possibilities previously unimaginable.\n<br><br>\nIn our FORC2E programs, the joint work begins with an assessment test and anamnesis. For children, this is integrated into the first sessions, while for adult guided groups, evaluations help start the training. The practical form of assessments and individualized corrections may vary between programs. The joint work always continues with precise joint preparation, and once the necessary areas are properly mobilized, made mobile, stabilized, and strengthened, the focus shifts to foundational strength development. During preparatory and basic exercises, the gradual building of appropriate levels is especially important to
