by checking the box \u201cOrder with obligation to pay\u201d and paying the price, the contract is concluded <\/span><\/p>\n

trainings are conducted with the personal presence of the trader or a person authorized by them and with the personal presence of the consumer<\/span><\/p>\n

the consumer will be informed by the trader about the time and the location of the trainings<\/span><\/p>\n

each package contains a certain number of trainings; once this number of trainings is used up, the contract terminates<\/span><\/p><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The Slovak Trade Inspection is also an entity for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391\/2015 Coll. on Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Laws. According to \u00a7 11 of this Act, the consumer has the right to first contact the business entity with a request for remedy if they are dissatisfied with the way the business handled their complaint or if they believe the business violated their rights. The consumer then has the right to submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution to the alternative dispute resolution entity if the business responded negatively to the request mentioned above or did not respond within 30 days of its submission. <\/span><\/p><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

information on the consumer\u2019s right to withdraw from the contract, the conditions, deadline, and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal; the entrepreneur also provides the consumer with a withdrawal form<\/span><\/td>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, the subject of which is the provision of a service. The withdrawal period is considered met if you send the notice of withdrawal to us no later than the last day of the period. <\/span><\/p>\n

You may also withdraw from the contract before the start of the withdrawal period.<\/span><\/p>\n

You may withdraw from the contract only in relation to a specific service if, under a distance contract, we have delivered or provided multiple services.<\/span><\/p>\n
