For Barbi, movement has always been a natural part of life. From the age of six to twenty-one, she danced actively and later taught children the basics of dance. She graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, where she studied languages and cultural studies, while regularly engaging in sports and exploring new forms of movement during her studies. <\/p>\n\n
Due to a spinal disc injury, she later had to start over from the basics \u2013 rebuilding her body awareness and physical condition through swimming, stretching exercises, spine strengthening, and then yoga. This process gave her deep experience in conscious, safe, and prevention-focused movement. <\/p>\n\n
Her dedication and personal journey also contributed to her joining the FORC2E Kids team. She was among the first to obtain her instructor qualification and has since been passionately and lovingly supporting children\u2019s development. <\/p>\n\n
In her sessions, she mainly works with younger children. Her playful yet attentive, disciplined, and thorough approach to learning movement helps children enjoy being active, develop body awareness, and learn to pay attention to themselves and to each other. <\/p>\n\n
