N\u00e1sledne som sa v Budape\u0161ti z\u00fa\u010dastnil \u0161kolenia Gymnastics Method \u2013 in\u0161truktor a absolvoval som aj GFM tr\u00e9ning, po ktor\u00fdch som ukon\u010dil odborn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie SMR System. Zatia\u013e \u010do prv\u00e9 dva kurzy sa zameriavali na rozvoj sily s vlastnou v\u00e1hou tela, v r\u00e1mci SMR syst\u00e9mu som si osvojil r\u00f4zne mas\u00e1\u017ene techniky vykon\u00e1van\u00e9 pomocou praktick\u00fdch pom\u00f4cok, ako s\u00fa mas\u00e1\u017eny valec, lopti\u010dka \u010di ty\u010d. Svoje odborn\u00e9 znalosti som \u010falej preh\u013abil absolvovan\u00edm certifik\u00e1cie FMS, v\u010faka ktorej som z\u00edskal detailnej\u0161\u00ed poh\u013ead na anal\u00fdzu a obnovu pohybov\u00fdch vzorcov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po ukon\u010den\u00ed \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed som nadobudol bohat\u00e9 tr\u00e9nerk\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti v rak\u00faskom \u0161portovom klube Mrs. Sporty, kde som ako klubov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r zodpovedal za tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny a \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl stoviek \u017eien r\u00f4znych vekov\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci klubu som sa pravidelne z\u00fa\u010dast\u0148oval odborn\u00fdch \u0161kolen\u00ed veden\u00fdch sk\u00fasen\u00fdmi fyzioterapeutmi, tr\u00e9nermi, \u0161portov\u00fdmi psychol\u00f3gmi a \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi \u0161pecialistami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoci som po\u010das r\u00f4znych vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch programov z\u00edskal \u0161irok\u00e9 a komplexn\u00e9 teoretick\u00e9 poznatky, skuto\u010dne hodnotn\u00e9 praktick\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti som si preh\u013abil najm\u00e4 v nasleduj\u00facich rokoch. V tomto obdob\u00ed som hodnotil pohybov\u00fd stav mnoh\u00fdch det\u00ed aj dospel\u00fdch a prostredn\u00edctvom individu\u00e1lnych a skupinov\u00fdch tr\u00e9ningov, ako aj r\u00f4znych rozvojov\u00fdch programov som im pom\u00e1hal vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 vhodn\u00fa denn\u00fa a t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fa rutinu a systematicky a samostatne zlep\u0161ova\u0165 ich fyzick\u00fa kond\u00edciu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popri tom sa u\u017e dlh\u00e9 roky vzdel\u00e1vam aj autodidakticky, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm prostredn\u00edctvom kn\u00edh, \u010dl\u00e1nkov a podcastov uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch odborn\u00edkov.
