OUR TEAM AND VISION
Szabolcs Szerda is a teacher and coach dedicated to improving movement quality and lifestyle. He completed his studies in Bratislava, Vienna, and Budapest, then further deepened his expertise in areas such as bodyweight training, massage techniques, and movement pattern analysis.
With several years of experience, he supports the development of children and adults through individual and group training sessions. As the lead instructor of the FORC2E programs, his goal is to support them in developing a healthier, more conscious lifestyle through a comprehensive approach and solid professional foundations.

TRAINING PROGRAMS
The FORC2E programs offer a comprehensive bodyweight training system for children and adults, in playful or online formats, with personalized professional support to ensure safe and conscious development.

FORC2E Kids Program
In FORC2E Kids sessions, children are introduced to complex movement patterns that develop their body, awareness, and mental abilities. The exercises build movement quality in a playful yet conscious way.
The community experience, based on trust, cooperation, and joyful learning, supports the long-term physical and mental development of children.







FORC2E coaching program
FORC2E Coaching is a 12-week online program that safely supports the development of a bodyweight training routine. Step-by-step videos, practical guides, and lifestyle content assist participants in their independent progress.
The pre-prepared materials are time- and location-independent, allowing anyone to proceed at their own pace. The 12+2 week access provides the opportunity to create a sustainable movement system—flexibly, yet based on professional foundations.
