Ági, as a mother of two and a dedicated professional, supports the movement development of children and adults in FORC2E training sessions. She was the first to obtain the FORC2E Kids instructor qualification, successfully passing both the theoretical and practical exams with excellent results.
She obtained her doctoral degree in natural sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava and later at a research laboratory of the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
Sports have played a defining role throughout her life: she practiced athletics from childhood and later played football for several years, including for the women’s team in Ekl and as a player for DAC.
She currently conducts group training sessions for various age groups at the primary school in Ekl, and leads personal training sessions for adults in Šamorín. In addition, she actively participates in the professional support of FORC2E Coaching programs.
For Ági, it is particularly important that participants in her sessions—whether children or adults—build on a stable foundation. In her training, movement quality, gradual progression, and correct execution always take priority, as these ensure long-term development and healthy, high-quality movement at any age.
