The legal basis on which we process necessary cookies is the law, specifically the provision of § 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications.
The cited legal provision states:
“Anyone who stores or accesses information stored in the user’s terminal device is authorized to do so only if the user has given demonstrable consent. The obligation to obtain consent does not apply to a law enforcement authority or another state authority.” This does not prevent the technical storage of data or access to it, the sole purpose of which is the transmission or facilitation of the transmission of a message over a network, or if it is strictly necessary for the information society service provider to provide an information society service expressly requested by the user.”
