Get to know the person behind the program

Szabolcs Szerda – coach, teacher, movement analyst

If until now you felt that almost everything is in place to get started, but something truly human was still missing — someone you can connect with — then pay attention now.

Now you can get to know the person who analyzed, tested, and refined the movement of more than 1,000 people over many years, so that today he can put a training system in your hands that truly works.

Someone who does not follow trends, but shows the way.

A coach who has personally walked the path he is now guiding you through.

His passion for movement goes all the way back to his childhood.

He completed his studies in Bratislava, Vienna, and Budapest, where beyond movement itself, teaching and developing people also became a central focus.

His German teaching degree is just one among many.

Not one school, not one method – but a combination of the best.

He built his knowledge through domestic and international training programs.

Here are the most important milestones on which this program is also built:

  • Fitness and personal trainer (PFA Academy, Vienna)
  • Gymnastics Method instructor
  • GFM movement development specialist
  • SMR System expert
  • FMS movement pattern analyst

From these experiences and schools, the unique program you can now obtain was born: Body Reset Protocol.

He also expanded his professional experience in Austria, where as a club manager he was responsible for the training programs and lifestyle support of hundreds of clients.

“Training for me is not sweat and suffering, but self-awareness, development, and the natural, dignified use of the body. And I also know this: it is not a big thing to move when everything is given, but when nothing is easy.”

I respect your body and your time as well. If you are looking for quick, trendy solutions, or just want to reassure yourself that ‘you are doing something,’ then I am not your person.

I can help you if you have decided that you are not looking for excuses, but for solutions. If you are not driven by quick results, but want to reconnect genuinely with your body. If you want to prove something not to others, but to yourself: then I will be there by your side.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I access the program?
The program is entirely available online. After purchase, you receive immediate access to the videos and supporting materials through a user-friendly, closed platform.
Within the program, you will find an email address where you can ask your questions; we will respond to your question within 24 hours at the latest.

Daily routine: 5–10 minutes.

Practice: 30–50 minutes per session, which we recommend 2, maximum 3 times per week.

The program is designed to be flexibly integrated into your day, whether alongside caring for small children or after work.

Yes, the program can be done entirely at home. You will need a few basic tools (for example: a resistance band, a foam roller); these are easy to obtain, and you will receive the necessary information within the program.
Absolutely. The program is built from the basics, so you can start safely even as a complete beginner. We don’t “jump headfirst” into intensity; every exercise is built up progressively.
Both. The goal is to build a truly usable physique, so we work on mobility and strength at the same time. Here, we train not only for appearance, but for functionality as well — and most importantly, for health.
Yes. One of the benefits of the program is that not only your body, but your mind also “settles.” You become more conscious and learn to pay attention to your body. Many people have already reported that their stress and anxiety have decreased.
The program is designed for 12 weeks, but you can extend your access if you wish. Many participants return to the materials again and again over 6–12 months.
The program was put together by a coach who has been working with bodyweight training for more than 15 years and has observed and analyzed the movement patterns of over 1,000 people. His goal is not to “force” a method on you, but to help you reconnect with your own body. His name is Szabolcs Szerda; you could already read about him and his philosophy above.
If you have serious musculoskeletal or any other health issues, we recommend consulting a doctor or physiotherapist beforehand. Otherwise, the program is designed to be suitable both for prevention and for gradual development.

I have a goal. I’m starting now.

Whoa. While you’re still thinking, someone else has already finished their morning workout.

The question is not whether you’re capable. It’s whether you’ll take the first step.

I’m signing up for the 12-week program
